Final- A Hair Affair- Lauren Wallick
My project was based on my hair dresser. She has her own salon out of her house because she is a stay at home mother, but still wanted to pursue her career. I designed a business card, logo, print ad, and post card for my project. I wasnt able to post all the projects except for my logo. The logo is LINDA, which is my stylist's name. I made it for her name and not for her salon name because she is the only stylist so the logo was used on the business card and postcard. The A in lindA was a pair or scissor and a piece of cut hair with "LIND" going up the side of the scissor.

Final - Student Traveler Magazine - Jimmy Jennings
This is my final project. It is for "Student Traveler Magazine" and the first issue focuses on studying abroad in Ireland. I made a logo, a magazine cover, and a two page spread. I wanted to magazine to be fresh and hip and also provide a different look (more student based) look into traveling and overall appeal.

Sorry about the color being off. I tried the "save for web" idea but it didn't work.

Mint Night Club- Paris
Amanda Kochanasz- Final Project

For my final project I used the techniques we learned in class to create marketing tools for my grandfather’s barber shop, Paul’s Barber and Styling Service. He has owned and operated his own business for over fifty years. He currently does not have a logo and his business card is outdated so I designed a logo and updated his business card. I also created a magazine cover for a local magazine at home, The Lehigh Valley Magazine, highlighting his shop as a cover story. I also created an advertorial for his shop and the success of the local business over the years, with a call to action at the bottom. The colors of all three marketing tools center around the colors of traditional barber shops: red, white and blue, and the logo is reoccurring in both the business card and advertorial.
